If you're interested in joining MDUA and becoming an umpire and want to start the process, follow the steps below.

How Do I Join?

Fill out the MDUA Membership Application (below).
If applicable, complete the Transfer/Dual Member Referral Form and send to the Membership Committee Chairman.
Wait for Membership Chairman to contact you with the next steps.

Become a Baseball Umpire

**Existing MDUA members do NOT need to fill out this form. To access the member pages of the website, go to the Members Area and click Sign Up to become a member of the website.**
